1. Using WeddingKit
WeddingKit provides free tools for personal wedding planning. Use them lawfully and only enter information you have permission to use. You are responsible for your plan, the details you enter and how you share them.
2. Budgets and suggested allocations
All suggested splits and sample data are illustrative. They are not vendor quotes, market averages, professional financial advice or guarantees of wedding costs. Actual prices vary by date, location, guest count and supplier. Confirm prices, taxes, tips, deposits and contracts directly with your suppliers. Currency selection changes the display label only; it does not convert values.
3. Local data and availability
Your data is saved locally in your browser. The service does not provide account recovery or automatic cross-device sync. Maintain regular backups. Clearing browser data, browser restrictions, device failure or software changes may affect access to your plans. The tools are provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
4. Exports and information you enter
You retain control of the content you enter. You are responsible for reviewing calculations, imported entries and exported documents before relying on or sharing them. Sample guest details are fictional. Checklist suggestions are starting points and do not replace any requirements specific to your venue, suppliers or jurisdiction.
5. Optional printable planner
All online planning tools remain free. The separate printable planner is an optional one-time digital purchase when checkout is available on its product page. A free sample is available without payment. The pack includes static blank worksheets in A4 and US Letter, without editable form fields, automatic calculations or a subscription. Personal use for your own event is allowed, including sharing completed pages with your partner and helpers; blank templates may not be resold or redistributed. Review the final price, file description, seller contact and refund information on Gumroad before purchase. Payment and file delivery are handled there. These terms do not exclude any mandatory consumer rights.
6. Responsibility and your rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate input, lost local data or third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.
