1. What this application stores
WeddingKit stores your budget, currency, wedding date, expense categories, guest details, meal preferences and checklist in this browser’s local storage, under the key weddingkit.planner.v1. This data is not uploaded to a WeddingKit database. The application has no sign-in or cloud synchronisation.
2. Your browser and your choices
Your plan persists when you refresh or return in the same browser profile. It may be lost when browser data is cleared, in private browsing, or when the browser removes stored data. Anyone with access to the same browser profile may be able to view it. Use the Data & privacy tool to download a backup, restore a backup or clear your plan.
3. Imports, exports and printing
CSV imports and JSON restores are processed on your device. CSV exports, JSON backups and printed copies can contain personal information. These files are outside WeddingKit’s control once saved or shared. Deleting your local plan does not delete downloaded files, printed copies or browser backups.
4. Cookies, tracking and external services
This application does not set cookies, include advertising, run analytics or load third-party fonts or images. Your browser still contacts the hosting provider to request the site files. The hosting provider may process technical information such as your IP address and request logs under its own policies. The public website is hosted by Cloudflare Pages. The optional planner pack uses an external Gumroad product page when checkout is available. Following that link shares technical request information with Gumroad; purchase information is processed by Gumroad under its own privacy policy. WeddingKit does not send your local wedding plan to Gumroad or receive card details.
5. Contacting the operator
When you submit the Contact form, your selected topic, message and optional reply email are sent to FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) for forwarding to our support inbox at mzhen898@gmail.com. Your browser also communicates technical request information, such as your IP address, to that service. We do not attach your locally saved budget, guest list, checklist or wedding date. FormSubmit states that it retains form submissions for 30 days; inbox copies remain with the operator and email provider until deleted. Its privacy policy is available at formsubmit.co/privacy.pdf. Feedback is used to handle support and improve WeddingKit, not to subscribe you to marketing. To request deletion of a support message, email the support address with enough information to identify it. You may also email us directly instead of using the form. Do not include private guest information or payment details.
6. Information about other people
Only enter guest information you are entitled to use for planning your event. Keep it limited to what you need, and delete or secure your copies when they are no longer necessary. WeddingKit cannot retrieve, correct or remove data held exclusively in your browser.
7. Updates and questions
This policy describes this version of the application. The site operator must update it if they introduce new data processing. For questions, use the contact method listed on the Contact page. If none is configured, the public support channel is not yet available.
